Opening reSITE: Weltstadt – Who creates the city?

Exhibition: 6.19. - 6.20.2014 // reSITE festival // Karlin Forum, Prague

After a succesful opening of WELTSTADT in Berlin, the exhibition is currently traveling around the world. Its first stop will be from June 19-20th in Prague at the reSITE festival which goes into its 3rd year of existence. reSITE is organized in collaboration with the Institute for Planning and Development in Prague - sought to connect the themes of how cities and landscapes are developing in the new economy. reSITE, as an international platform presents the best examples of good practice from abroad and confront them with our own approaches to urban design.

More than 50 international participants and over 500 guests will debate architecture, politics, finance and community participation with the world's best experts in urban economy, design and development. reSITE promotes more quality, openness and transparency in the planning process in Central European cities and shine an international light on the new metropolitan plan of Prague.
