In Extenso - Erweitert: Public Space
Y- Table Talk: 27.11.2014 // 7 p.m. // DAZ, Berlin
The curator Céline Poulin invites artist Jean-Pascal Flavien and architect Markus Miessen, whose works operate at the intersection of art and architecture, to talk about the relationship between language and the constitution of space. How does the work of art or architecture interact with the multitude of voices that construct public space? How does this discursive context influence the relationship between artist, architect and participatory public? And what is its effect on the actors themselves?
Artistic direction of In Extenso - Erweitert: Marc Bembekoff (Independent Curator), Matthias Böttger (DAZ), Cathy Larqué (Bureau des arts plastiques, Institut français).
A Project by the Bureau des arts plastiques of the Institut français in cooperation with the DAZ.
